Messi wants to stay with Barcelona

Barcelona striker Lionel Messi has no desire to play in the Premier League, but wants to remain with the Catalan club during his career.

Argentina Star Academy joined Barcelona at the age of 13 years and so far have contributed to five league titles and three Champions League tournament.

Messi admits that he likes to watch the Premier League but to participate in an English team one day it's nearly impossible for not having any plans to leave Spain.

"The Premier League between the league's what I like and I always keep abreast and Kun Aguero Rooney because they are the players I like, But my heart is always in Barcelona and I always say, we do not know what is happening in the near future but if it came to me to decide, I will stay in Barcelona in my career," he said.

Messi produced a brilliant performance in his career when scoring five goals for Barcelona's win over Bayern Leverkusen 7-1, earlier this month.

With the success he owned it, Messi was also touched to be applauded by Rooney himself.

Meanwhile, Barcelona are now aiming to win the Champions League for the third time in four seasons at once recognized as one of the greatest team in football history.

Messi, the Catalan club believe the key to success lies in Pep Guardiola, who he described as the best manager.

"Since Barcelona managed by Guardiola, he has a lot to change the club and always has inspired me to score more goals," he said.
