U.S. hit by tornado, 250,000 tons of snow
WASHINGTON - The United States (U.S.) had abnormal temperatures during this winter, when nearly 3.2 meters (11 feet) of snow fall in Anchorage, Alaska to produce at least 250,000 tonnes of snow, forcing residents to move.Marine climate scientist and atmospheric administration, Jake Crouch said, for the first three months of 2012, two tornadoes attack occurred while 36 other states to record high temperatures last Thursday.
He said, so far this month, the U.S. has recorded a 1.757 record high daily temperature.
"There were 132 confirmed tornadoes occurred in January and February in the country, while initial reports indicated that more than 150 cases occurred this month.
"What is happening now is that two different weather phenomenon - La Nina in the displacement of the storm and the 'Arctic Oscillation pattern of temperature changes caused by movement of the world," he quoted the AP.
Meanwhile, according to meteorological experts, all weather is happening not attributable to any factor even to global warming.
